SE splits after 10 yrs

Sony Ericsson (SE) is going to split after a 10 yrs joint venture.

'Sony' actually a company form Japan had made a contract with the Ericsson for a time period of ten years to produce and market mobiles in the mobile market .Their Idea worked well with the market.SE over the past years has gained a main place in the mobile market and its position in the minds of the people became immovable with billions of supporters all round the world its sales saw a steady rise .

But now as per the contract they have signed before they are now to split into two. So the company ' Ericsson '  get 50% of the share that is 1.5 billion dollars as their share while Sony holds the investment and it has decided to put only smartphones into the market in the forthcoming years .

This Split up will benefit both the companies. Sony will now put only Android and windows based smartphones  and join the race vs the iOS . This company will then join hands with google to produce smartphones.

The decision that sony will produce only smarphones make the users a bit sad 'coz they would have to loose their phones in the Low and mid range prices.

The companies would split in the Forthcoming January (2012) and sony will rule the market alone without Ericsson
