As my blog viewers have requested for the real definition for the fourth dimension in physics i've written this post
What is called 'Time'? According to Albert Einstein the fourth dimension in physics is what we call the 'time'.
Even today there is an confusion between scientists as their ideas differ about what is exactly called time.
Time is what we have even now not only in our watches but also as a dimension in our daily. Einstein considered time as another dimension.Gravity is something which can attract every matter in this universe that includes even the dark matter.
Einstein said that
- The time of moving objects runs faster than the stationary objects.That is he says that if a object is travelling at a speed that is 75% of the speed of light the time moves faster by 75% than the normal time .Suppose if I travel at a speed that is closer to the speed of time in a space ship to Jupiter and then return back to earth.For me in my watch it would say 2 yrs have passed but actually in earth maybe 20yrs would have passed by for those who live in earth .
- So Einstein says that one should never compare the time of two objects 'coz each has its own Dimensions and time.
- He says that gravity can bend the 4Ds that is the normal 3Ds and time too. So if gravity bends time it becomes slower than normal
- That is why Stephen hawking says that a object going near a black hole where the gravity is too intense has a time which is a million times slower than the normal time.
Actually INDIANS were far better than Einstein they could actually predict what would happen for the next thousand years with just the Position of the stars!
